You will need to make one selection from each course.

If you are vegan, please select ‘vegan’ in the drop down menu for each course on the registration form and we will contact you with your menu options.

Please note you cannot mix vegan and vegetarian options. If you want the vegan menu you will need to select vegan for all courses when you register.

STARTER

Roasted plum tomato & red pepper soup (v) with basil crème fraiche.

OR

Slow cooked, shredded ham hock with sweetcorn and mustard pressed terrine-style and served on a bed of local watercress and radish salad with sour dough bread and mustard cream.

MAIN COURSE

Chargrilled garlic & herb chicken breast, served with red pepper risotto, sauteed spring vegetables, chicken and pesto sauce.

OR

Herb crusted haddock fillet served with crushed Jersey potatoes, creamed leeks, fine beans, chive butter sauce.

OR

Wild mushroom, baby spinach & leek gnocchi (v) with tarragon cream, parmesan shavings, peashoots.

DESSERT

Clementine tart with poached Yorkshire rhubarb, orange syrup, white chocolate cream.

OR

Warm chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream, chocolate sauces, raspberries.
