SINTER 26 Silent Auction

Join us for AMCAW’s SINTER26 Silent Auction, a special fundraising event featuring a curated selection of metal clay products generously donated by our community and supporting sponsors and vendors. 

The auction will run from 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2026, until 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 16, 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover unique tools, materials, and treasures—all while supporting AMCAW’s mission to provide programs and educational initiatives. Be sure to stop by, place your bids, and help us celebrate the creativity and spirit of our metal clay community.

Auction Rules

Bidding Process

  • All bids must be placed in person at the auction table.
  • Individuals must place their own bids—no proxy bidding is permitted.
  • All bids increase in $5.00 increments. By placing a bid, you agree to pay that amount if you win.
  • If multiple bids for the same amount are submitted, the earliest bid will be accepted.

Payment

  • Winning bidders must pay in U.S. currency (cash) or via debit / credit card.
  • By placing a bid, you agree to complete payment using one of these approved methods.
  • Payment for all winning items will be accepted on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 1:30 PM–2:30 PM at the same location where the silent auction was held.

Winner Announcements

  • All winning bids will be announced during the SINTER Gala on Saturday evening, May 16.
  • A second announcement will be made at Sunday Morning Orientation on May 17.
  • A full list of winning bids will also be posted at the auction table. It is each bidder’s responsibility to check the list and confirm whether they have won.

Item Pickup

  • Winning bidders will receive their items immediately upon payment.
  • AMCAW does not hold or ship items.
  • Items not paid for and picked up by 2:30 PM on May 17 will be considered forfeited and will automatically become property of AMCAW.

By placing a bid in the SINTER26 Silent Auction, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines stated above.
