What’s Included in the event?

Your SINTER registration includes an amazing lineup of activities:

  • Three-day event featuring one-hour presentations by metal clay superstars. You can choose 10 presentations from the 20 offered.
  • All lunches and Saturday dinner (lunches on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; beach party dinner on Saturday night) NOTE: All other dinners are on your own
  • Thursday night official opening of the Superbly Sintered exhibition, with the announcement of the Best in Show winner
  • Saturday Beach Party Evening with themed after-party!
  • Closing Celebration
  • Entrance to the Maker’s Market – featuring things to see, learn, buy, and more
  • Access to the SINTER Marketplace, our supplier paradise

Please note:

  • The cost of the hotel room is paid separately and direct to the hotel when you book your room. Breakfast is included with the room.

Traveling with a companion

If you’re bringing a partner and would like them to join you for the Saturday night beach party, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a companion meal ticket after you register. Breakfast for two is included with your hotel room. Please note that no additional meals are included for companions.

Food Allergies & Preferences

We take food allergies very seriously. Please make sure you indicate any food allergies on your registration form, and we will communicate them to the hotel. 

SINTER Cancellation Policy

First, we’ll really miss you and we’re sorry you’ll miss all the fun! But we know that life happens and plans change, so we have a generous cancellation policy: SINTER registrations will be refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to the event (before March 15, 2026), less a $50 processing fee. Workshop fees are non-refundable, but you are welcome to sell or gift them to another individual; please see our cancellation policy for full details.
