Hotel Bookings
AMCAW has a unique booking code: AFM
Use the link https://book.passkey.com/e/51081762 to book online, this link ensures you are booked into AMCAW’s room block.
Room Rate & Inclusions
By booking within the AMCAW room block, you will receive a guaranteed nightly rate of $178.88 ($159.00 per night plus applicable 12.5% tax) per room ($89.44 per night inc. taxes per person if sharing).
This rate includes:
- Two free breakfast buffets per room per day
- Free parking (a $30/day value)
- Waived resort fee (normally $25/day)
If you have an additional guest in your room, breakfast is available for them at a discounted rate of $15.00, payable at the restaurant.
Our discounted room rate is available to book until April 20, 2026 but don’t delay in booking your room. We expect to fill all the rooms the hotel is holding for us.
The room block dates are May 7 to 23. If you plan to arrive earlier or stay later, please email us at info@sinterevent.com, and we will coordinate with the hotel on your behalf.
You can call the hotel directly 1-407-352-1100 to make your reservation. Be sure to provide your AMCAW booking code: AFM. Long distance charges may apply.
Hilton Honors member
You may use the Hilton app to make your reservation. Be sure to enter our booking code AFM to receive the AMCAW rate and benefits.
WORKSHOPS: If you signed up for a workshop, you’ll get an email closer to the event with a supply list and any additional information you will need in advance.
Workshops start by 9am each morning, so you may wish to arrive in Orlando the day before your workshop if it is running pre-SINTER. For departure planning, the post-SINTER workshops are scheduled to end by 5pm.
If you haven’t signed up for a workshop yet, it’s not too late! Go to WORKSHOPS and choose from one of twelve fabulous options.
PLANNING YOUR TRIP: The SINTER Event website Tips and Tricks has details of how to get to the hotel using various methods so check that to help your travel plans.
Everyone attending SINTER has lunch Friday, Saturday, Sunday and the beach party dinner (Saturday May 17, 2026) included with your SINTER registration. If you’ve book a workshop, lunches on the two days of your workshop are included.
